What is the onboarding process for new customers?
After receiving your initial enquiry, we will provide you with an estimate based on the size of the property, the type and the frequency of the cleaning services required.
If the estimate given is agreeable, we will will arrange a site visit to better assess the proposed cleaning work, before issuing an accurate written quote (via email) for your approval.
Should you wish to proceed with the quote, our team will arrive as planned to carry out the cleaning work in an efficient and professional manner.
